Now this is a take three of this post, make that take four, no make that take 5 and 24 hours later. Not quite sure whether it is my computer or typepad but It keeps shutting down and I keep losing everything so I will get straight into it before it decides to take another holiday to where ever!!!!!! arrggghhhhh!
I have had a week of "ok...where did the day go??".......now here we are at friday, oh saturday and I am saying "Ok....where did the week go??"
I have been a good girl and achieved many things. The quilting and binding of my "Wishful Thinking" quilt is complete. I haven't however been able to photograph it as the wind has been a little blowy here lately and could I get a good shot in between mother natures sneezing??......Ah...NO! so I gave up and decided that tomorrow which is of course now today will be a better day. She must be suffering with hayfever for sure......I know how she feels........eeerrrgggghhhhh!
I do have a sneek peek of my quilt to show pre-quilting.
Are you getting the picture???? Now a few weeks ago as you know I had a weekend of just a touch of re-decorating. Jack's room had a total revamp and he is wrapped about the transformation. It's amazing the difference just a bit of new furniture and a few extra's can make.
This is his new workstation housing all the important things like computer and his treasured leggo. Still waiting for the house handy man to drill some holes for the cables. It's hard to find good help these days!! LOL.....
Ahhhhhhh....seem to have lost the lines now can't change the font colour. scream scream....pulling hair very hard! tug tug tug.......
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAny way.....
Morris just has to be the first to hang out on it. I am pretty sure he gave it a thumbs up. This is where you find him hanging out mostly through out the day! Leaving his mark. "white hair"
I also added a touch of sparkle to my living room on my new lounges. I still have a couple more to make but they have had to take a back seat while I work on my newest design.
When it is all complete I will show the big picture of my living room. i love all the different colours and prints together. They don't match but go together in a very ecclectic way!!
Now onto my giveaway before I have no hair left. I have 3 patterns to giveaway of my "Flutterby Stitches" armchair caddy & folder cover. This is to celebrate spring and all things happy and wonderful.
Just leave a comment to be in it to win a copy. I will announce the winners a week from now. Enjoy your weekend everyone............
Until next time
Ava' a good weekend “In Stitches”
Natalie
