I am on the mend and slowly moving closer to having a happier shoulder! My second injection was straight into the muscle at the top of the shoulder this time.
This was done by ultrasound and I am happy to report that once again it was a pain free experience! YAY Unhappy to report that "Dan the man" wasn't needed this time. "UN YAY"! LOL..............
The lovely lady who holds the scan thingy me jiggy was there to help and of course the brilliant Dr Gary! This man knows how to handle needles let me tell you. Not even a sting, a prick, nothing. And now I have a shoulder that is feeling pretty good. I can't move it around much but the pain is almost gone and that will make life so much easier for my physio next week.
"Happy Days"............................... :-)
So next chapter..........what have I been stitching???? Well why I was waiting for my BOM to return from the quilters last week I got stuck into a design that I have had looming for quite sometime and some gorgeous fabrics that have been patiently waiting to be cut into pieces!
Us ladies all seem to be so so busy these days and with work and taking care of the family doesn't always leave us the amount of time we would like for our favourite sport.....STITCHING!!!!
So to help with that I thought that the kids may need a little incentive to help mum out. Dirty clothes laying around on the floor is one of my biggest pet hates. So why not whip up one of these for your little ones..........
"The Flower Pot People" will be released this week. I will let you all know when it is officially out there. "Priscilla Pots" and her friends simply can't wait to greet everybody. She is a prim and proper girl who loves to chit chat, especially about her prize winning strawberries!
Say "how do you do" to Priscilla.................block two
One more gal to come!
Hope you are having a lovely weekend. I am heading out today to have a lovely lunch with family over looking the water. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, some much needed timeout.
Until next time...........
Bon Apetite "In Stitches"
